Our refund and exchange policy extend for a duration of 15 days from the receipt of the product in the event of damage, defects, or the delivery of the wrong item. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since you received the package, we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging.

For return inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Service at support@helgihome.com to obtain the return address before making any decisions. It’s crucial to note that we will not assume responsibility for any return package lacking a confirmation letter or notice from us.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are non-refundable. If the value of the returned item exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
 
Upon receiving your item, we will promptly inspect it and notify you of the status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment, with the credit appearing in your account within a specified timeframe according to your card issuer’s policies.
 
Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package, as this will disrupt the processing of your return. Send it only to the address on the provided shipping label, even if you are using your own shipping.
 
In case of a defective product or one that does not function as advertised, it is necessary to retain the shipping label from the received package.
 

About Refund:

Refunds are subject to confirmation within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once accepted, reimbursement, exchange, or credit will be issued within 14 days.
 
Any refunds must be issued to the original credit card used for the order. Shipping fees will not be refundable once items have been shipped, and refund requests are processed within 3 – 4 working days.
 
We are not responsible for packages returned to the sender due to customer-provided incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts. Loss of products after delivery confirmation by shipping carriers will not be eligible for return or refund, and we will not refund if you refuse to receive the package.
 
For any late or missing refunds, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If applicable, replacements for defects or errors on our part are provided at no charge. We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for customer errors, such as incorrect selections.
 
To cancel an order, you must do so within 6 hours of the purchase time on the same day. Cancellations made within the first hour receive a full refund, while those made after 1 hour but within 6 hours receive a 70% refund. Please note that a 30% management, processing, and transaction fee applies in the latter case. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they reach an advanced preparation status.
